If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase. We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. This Return Policy only applies to products that are listed on the rtscan.com website, and sold and Shipped by RTscan”.
Conditions for Returns
Our replacement and refund services are limited to original products sold by RTscan. If you purchased through a retailer, please contact retailer directly.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
– Any product not purchased from RTscan.
– Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label.
– Any product that exhibits physical damage.
– Any product which appears tampered, customized or altered in any way.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Quantity Purchases
While RTscan is more than happy to fill in ten (10) or more quantities on a single purchase order, but please make sure that you have tested the samples before buying in bulk to ensure that the product is suitable for your project. If you have any questions, please contact our sales department.
Original Shipping Charges
Your original shipping fees are non-refundable. Your original shipping charges are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier, and will not be refunded even if your item is returned.
Product Return Procedures
To return a product to RTscan, you must contact with us firstly. RTscan will not accept returns without prior permission.
